Okay, I found another Libra Girl tear off and am adding to my previous post on Odd Spots from Libra Girl down under:

A new sign is up on Wellington at Piccadilly, replacing the Hush Little Baby one.  The windows were papered up and there was no sign of life. Alas no news for you good neighbours on when The Guest Room will open.

The Guest Room ... not open yet.
