We’ve done a fair bit of hiking in the Gatineau Park already, and yesterday we decided to  mix it up a bit with a drive to the other end of the trail system. Here’s an update on a previous post. I’ve heard about a couple of Spezza sightings in the neighbourhood. He was seen jogging down the street yesterday evening, and also on Wellington, with a group of kids following him.

Timbit overheard some stuff too. Check out what he has to say.

Welcome to the neighbourhood Jason. I’m sure once the kids (and some of the adults) get over the initial excitement, you’ll blend right in and really enjoy alll it has to offer.

Well Gossip Girl found out from the real Nosy Neighbour when the foundations are expected to go in across the street: November. Not sure which part they are starting on first. But there will be progress this fall. Pics to come as diggin starts.

The flight home from Toronto was colourful, to say the least. I’ll call it the Italian, British and French adventure. It started with my much earlier than expected arrival at the airport which gave me the opportunity to switch to an earlier flight.
